Access

If you need to change your password, email Paul Marston directly.

Please keep your log-in information confidential, all orders are monitored. If you feel your password has been compromised request a new one immediately.

Placing an Order

Select the product category using the navigation panel on the left hand side of the homescreen.

Select the sub-category from one of the available options.

Choose from the items that the screen now shows you, depending on the category there may be products on additional pages.

You now have two options to order your product:

1) Click on the thumbnail photo to view the product and it's details, then add to the basket using the 'Order now' button.

2) Or, select the quantity on the thumbnail and click the 'Order now' Button.

If you choose Option 1 you will be taken directly to the 'your basket'. Here you can review what you've ordered and check that you reached the 'Minimum Order Quantity' for the Supplier(s). Please Note - to continue browsing for more products use the navigation panel again or the search function at the top of the screen - clicking the 'Go Back' at the bottom of the page will only return you to the prevous screen where the product already selected will not show in your basket.

If you choose Option 2 the product will be added directly to 'your basket'. You will be able to continue browsing and adding more products to your basket without searching again or navigating elsewhere. When using this option keep and eye on your basket at the top right of the page and always fully review the contents of your basket.

At any point you can review your basket by pressing 'click here to place your order'. If you need to carry on browsing use the navigation panel or the search function.

When you are happy with your order and you have reached the Minimum Order Quantities for each supplier (details on the 'Delivey Information' page), you can confirm your order at the bottom of the basket page.

You will then see the 'Order Summary' and will be prompted for your address and contact details.

MOST IMPORTANTLY Select/check the delivery address and cost centre in the 'Site Code' field. The delivery address is denoted by the site code you choose!

Click on the button at the bottom of the page to place your order. You will receive an email with a copy of your order from each of the suppliers you have used.

Confirming Receipt & Queries

When you have received your stock please confirm receipt by accessing the purchase database in the usual way.

If you did not receive the confirmation email with the order attachment from the database, contact us immediately. Your order may not have been placed.
